Cherry Creek Jasper Rectangle

I got a fistful of cherry creek jasper stones at the last gem show, and this is one of my favorites. It's a thin cut so it hardly weighs anything, and the patterning on the stone is fabulous. The contrast of the light gold border with the darker greens and reds just makes the piece pop more. This piece has no embellishments because, honestly, the stone doesn't need any.
